I have learned that meal prep can save you money. Yet I hear so many people say they cannot afford to eat healthy or they cannot afford to use my supplementsđź‘€. I used to think that 3 years ago and now I am saving money and have an additional stream of income! Hello free products AND vacations just for taking care of my temple and sharing with friends!
So here is an example of 8-10 balanced, protein packed meals for less than $25! I hit the easy button and the Costco Kirkland brand Grain+celery salad (without the dressing) and the 4.99 rotisserie chicken. I weighed my chicken to add at least 4 ounces to each container. For a vegan option, I added 1/4 avacado. If you want to be fancy, add what is in the fridge like more cucumbers, peppers, feta cheese, berries, etc. I sprinkled with my favorite seasonings including my organic no salt seasoning, black pepper and tumeric!
yummy! Let me know what you are meal prepping for the rest of the week. Sharing is caring!

Hi Trina. This looks delightful. I actually brought some rotisserie chicken on yesterday; now all I need to do is buy some fixings. Thanks for the suggestion and support. Elaine Dean
Absolutely! It is amazing the things that we can come up with just by creatively putting together fresh veggies from the fridge!
